Our inner healing and growth have the opportunity to take root as space is created for us. It allows a sense of expansion as we hear one another into our lives as they are in this present moment. I will be leaning into my ability to companion and to allow you to take me where you need to go. Unpacking each layer gently without judgment and giving it a voice perhaps for the very first time. Discovering what is serving you on your path and what no longer is. The addition of some healing tools will reveal themselves as we work together with some that may have served their purpose and need to be placed on the shelf for now.

I have experienced profound loss in my own life beginning as a teen with my parent’s divorce, the loss of a sibling from an infusion that contained tainted blood before proper testing occurred and the loss of my son due to the insidious disease of addiction. Each of these creating a monstrous weight that I have been learning how to carry and to integrate into my life as it is today. My passion is in my connecting with those who need a heart with ears as that is what I can offer. I look forward to our shared journey towards healing and well-being.
